  • Description of responsibilities
  • Coordination and action to recruit the human resources needed by the hospital through the referees, clients or other authorities
  • Supervision or attempt to create files for the employment applicants and referring them to different sections of the hospital for selection, interview and evaluation in a proper manner and taking care of their other employment affairs
  • Specifying the wages and bonuses of the newly-employed staff and the existing staff in line with employment and occupation rules and regulations of the hospital and the Labor Offices
  • Coordination in preparing the drafts of recruitment letters relating to different employment and occupation states of hospital personnel within the framework of the relevant regulations
  • Coordination and action regarding the insurance of the staff and transferring the records of their retirement insurance and taking care of the other welfare affairs of the hospital staff in accordance with the relevant regulations
  • Coordination and supervision over the configuration of the staff’s monthly schedule in line with the relevant regulations and supervision over the Timex unit to synchronize the list of the staff performance with their time card and taking care of all the relevant affairs until the final steps
  • Preparing the final list of the hospital staff’s designated wages and bonuses and presenting it to the financial affairs unit after getting the permission of the hospital head and doing so after applying the resulting changes and the staff’s designated wages
  • Supervision over controlling the absence/presence and different furlough and excuse instances of the staff by taking into account the permissions and relevant regulations and implementing the sufficient supervision over completing the recommendation forms for the staff after the excuse days in line with the relevant regulations
  • Supervising the activities of the overseen staff and guiding and instructing them within the framework of the governing regulations to ensure the accuracy of the commission of their legal responsibilities
  • Participation in the Discernment and Dispute Settlement Committee meetings and sharing the viewpoints of the employer and responding to the members of the committee as the representative of the employer based on the current regulations of the hospital
  • Adequate supervision aimed at the accurate evaluation of the staff in accordance with the relevant regulations and rules
  • Supervising the archiving and maintenance of decrees, papers, documents and correspondences of the related unit in the relevant folders
  • Participation in the internal meetings of the hospital in order to follow up and implement the decisions of the authorities regarding the staff and collecting the different statistics required in line with the orders and cases of need
  • Carrying out other affairs that are referred within the responsibilities designated by the superior authority
