The main responsibility of the supply unit is to purchase and maintain facilities, accessories and materials required by the hospital. The goal of the supply unit is to procure high-quality goods at reasonable prices in the appropriate time and the appropriate performance of this unit will lead to the progress of the hospital in the right direction.

Description of the responsibilities of the supply unit

Purchasing of the items needed by the hospital by the supervised staff

Supervision and control over the qualitative status of the merchandise, goods and instruments bought

Taking action for the credit coordination regarding the purchase requests with the financial affairs unit

Supervision over the occupation-related affairs and guidance to the supervised staff

Necessary follow-ups regarding the delivery of funds for purchasing the goods

Control over the goods bought and delivering the goods to the warehouse keeper

Supervision over the recording of items bought until delivering them to the warehouse

Supervision over the price of goods bought so that the interests of the organization are secured

Determining and identifying the resources of purchase for all goods

Carrying out the other tasks assigned in occupational terms based on the command of the superior authority
